2018 YEARLY BIBLE READING PLAN
We are excited, as a church, to be reading through the whole Bible together! We believe studying God’s Word together will leave a lasting impact on our families, our church, and our city. A monthly reading plan is available in print and on the YouVersion Bible App (plan: The One Year Bible). There are varying levels of plans for reading. We know this will be a blessing to you and your family!

WHY WE’RE DOING THIS AS A CHURCH
We absolutely believe that the Word of God always leaves a permanent, life-altering mark everywhere it goes. In fact, in Isaiah 55:11, God reminds us, “[My word] shall not return to Me void, but will accomplish what I desire, and achieve the purpose for which I sent it.” As we faithfully study the Scripture and are obedient to what it says, it leaves an imprint on our hearts and minds and continually transforms us into the image of Jesus Christ. As we live like Jesus, our communities will begin to reflect the imprint of the Word of God in the hearts and minds of the people within them.

MONTHLY POSTCARD READING PLAN
There will be a monthly postcard (bookmark) available with the reading plan should you choose a simple way to follow along with daily readings. These will be available at Guest Services in the main lobby, in the Atrium, and on the center-aisle table located at the back of the sanctuary.
FREE CELLULAR YOUVERSION BIBLE APP
To receive your free YouVersion Bible app, go to the App store on your phone, select and download the YouVersion Bible app. Once the plan is downloaded, you may open it and, from the bottom menu, select Plans. Click on Find Plans , Through the Bible and Whole. From the listing that opens, select The One Year Bible. You may begin the plan at any time throughout the year. If you are someone who enjoys reminders, you can set the app to notify you each day.
ADDITIONAL STUDY RESOURCES
If you are looking for additional ways to study the Word of God this year, there is The One Year Bible Companion (by Tyndale) which follows the same daily readings as above. This Companion would serve as a great tool to use on your own or in a Group as it provides introductions to each of the books of the Bible, information about authors and characters for each of the day’s readings, and asks questions that pertain to the daily readings. It can be purchased online in either a hard copy or digital format.
